1. Project Understanding

Very first step to initiate a project . A complete requirements are understood at this stage . It could be done through telephone , email or physical meeting.

2. Costing & Timeline

After complete understanding of requirements  project cost , timeline & agreed statement of work is produced and send back to client for approval.

3. Development in managed enviroment

Development work is started after cost , timeline and SOW approval . IT venturez uses a project management tool to track all the activities and communicate with client & development team.

4. Project closure

At the completion of project all the inputs and outputs are recorded and analysed for future improvements. Client is offered to give a feedback about ITventurez's services .
